Hey, I’m Jesse, my friends call me Jess, Jesstepha, Yessy, Youngy, J Boy, J Yah and Jessminda to nickname a few.

I’m an Aussie living in NY and when I’m not horsing around with A.I., I like to cook, DJ (click here for a live recording), shoot hoops, play pool, listen to Sade, and, when everything falls into place, make ads that make my Dad reply with ‘👍’ .

I’ve been doing the latter for a few years now, working as an Art Director with lots of inspiring people from all over. Along the way, my work has been recognized by D&AD, Cannes Lions, The One Show, Clio, The Andy's, Spikes Asia, AWARD Awards, and more.

Strategic and conceptual thinking has been the backbone of my career in advertising. Whether it’s working on an activation for a big bank or creating social posts for a new paleo protein bar, every brief is an opportunity to do something unexpected. The task may change, but my approach remains the same: make it human.
